Inn at the Market is proud to join the American Hotel and Lodging Association Safe Stay initiative by enhancing hotel cleaning practices and workplace protocols to help guests and employees feel confident during post-pandemic travel. As we welcome you back to the Inn at the Market, we have made some small but noticeable changes to our already impeccable cleaning standards.
Public Spaces will be cleaned and sanitized with increased frequency by our dedicated staff. Social distancing signage will be positioned throughout the hotel as a friendly reminder.
Hand Sanitizing stations will be available in the lobby and elevator landing area. Hand sanitizing alcohol wipes will be provided for guests upon check in for personal use.
Elevators will be limited to guest traveling together or a maximum of 4 passengers. Directional signage will indicate the nearest stairwell for a short walk down from guest floors in order to help alleviate wait time and congestion. Please keep in mind that you may need to wait for the next empty elevator cab. Our housekeeping team will routinely wipe down and sanitize interior of elevators.
Reception Desk will have a clear partition added to minimize exposure, as well as limiting contact at check in/out. Guest will continue to be required to show government approved valid ID and credit card. Pens and counter space will be sanitized after each guest.
Guest Rooms will continue to be cleaned using our high standards and hospital grade cleaning solutions. Robes, slippers, pens, hotel directory, pens/note pads, extra pillows, hairdryers, and additional amenities will be removed and made available upon request. All honor bar items have been removed and will be available for purchase at the front desk. This will ensure that after every use, items are cleaned and sanitized for extra levels of precaution. Daily housekeeping service will be limited and on request only. We ask that guests vacate the room while our team is in cleaning. Our goal is to minimalize contact for you, our valued guest and our team members. You may reach out to the front desk at any time if you need towels or any additional items. During check out, our team will pay greater attention to cleaning and disinfecting high contact areas such as handles, knobs, switches, and the remote. Guest rooms will be cleaned and sanitized with a static fog cleaner and left for 24 hours per AHLA Safe Stay standards.
Team Members will be provided personal protective equipment to wear. All team members will receive Covid-19 safety and facility sanitation protocol training per AHLA Safe Stay and CDC guidelines. Back of house social distancing will be implemented and honored at all possible times.
